Marvellous location just off good shops, the historic centre and good restaurants and takeaways and the cathedral, everything great. Private bathroom with a shower, a drier and bath sheets. Street view from the windows. Location right at the heart of the city. Nice drinks at The Fat Pig Brewery, nestled 100 m away.

I had the most amazing stay at this stunning apartment in central Exeter. the location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. the apartment itself was thoughtfully furnished and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking and the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. the host, Jonathan, was extremely helpful and always available. We had a great time staying at a place near the city center with a raised platform and good restaurants; really enjoyed having a multi-channel TV, dining area, and sitting area.

Fantastic view from the balcony and great central location. The apartment was well-furnished with everything we needed, including pots and pans, a dishwasher, and even cling film. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was helpful and provided lots of local area knowledge.

The apartment is located on the upper floors and there are several flights of stairs with uneven steps. It can be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues.

It was conveniently located right in the center of town, within walking distance to plenty of bars, eateries, and convenience stores. We appreciated the well-explained arrival process and the abundance of local information provided. Plus, having a supermarket right across the road was extremely handy.

The tumble dryer took forever to dry our clothes and could use some attention. the apartment was located on the top floor, which meant lots of stairs to climb, making it difficult for some people.

The apartment was well-equipped with a very comfortable bed and seating. the kitchen had all the necessary facilities and the white goods were easy to operate. the location was perfect, with the city center just a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket conveniently located across the road. the stunning view from the balcony was definitely a highlight.

Although the furniture and equipment were of good quality, the apartment itself did not meet the same standard. the sloping ceilings posed an issue for taller individuals, who were at risk of bumping their heads.

This place was great for sightseeing and we enjoyed cooking breakfast with the fully equipped kitchen.
